Mike Coleman MBA, PHR
Michael Coleman holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Western Illinois University. Mike has been involved in retail management, training, and human resources for more than 25 years.
Mike Coleman is President and Founder of the Mike Coleman Institute, a resource organization dedicated to improving the professional, personal, and family life of men. Michael is a member of the National Fatherhood Initiative (NFI). The mission of NFI is "To improve the well-being of children by increasing the proportion of children growing up with involved, responsible, and committed fathers."
In 2002, Mike attended a seminar offered by the Professional Woman Network (PWN). The information presented was so powerful he decided to join PWN. Mike has used the unique perspectives and insights gained from PWN to better understand the dynamics between men and women.
Mr. Coleman is a PWN certified trainer in professional presentation skills, women’s wellness, and diversity issues. Mr. Coleman has offered programs on family wellness, teen development, and workplace diversity. Inspired by the work of PWN and NFI, Michael is developing retaildad.com a resource network for men in the retail industry.
Currently living in Dallas, Texas with his family, Mike is a devoted husband, and father of 2 boys. He is an active member of Grace Outreach Church in Plano, TX.
Paul Coleman BA, BS, MBA
After earning all state football honors in high school, Paul went on to star at Western Illinois University. His fierce competitiveness earned him the nickname “buddy Rough”; the best possible teammate, and absolute nightmare for the opposition. After suffering a career ending injury in 1978, Paul turned his attention to business. After earning an MBA from Western Illinois, he returned to the St. Louis area to establish his business career.
Paul is skilled in the areas of finance, business start ups, and political influence. Additionally, Paul teaches business classes at St. Louis University. Paul’s clients include the St. Louis Rams, and 4sho4kids Foundation (For children born with disabilities founded by Nelly). Paul is also available for key note addresses.
